I just watched Cries From Syria. I had never heard of it and thought it would be just a documentary of a little war footage and interviews. Wish I would have never watched it. I can handle sad documentaries like Dear Zachary but Cries From Syria was on another level to me. What is the saddest you've seen?

Three Days in September

ETA: It's a Sho doc on the Beslan school massacre. Here's the Youtube link.

My wife cries at everything, but when we watched this I cried like a mofo.

I'll never watch it again. I almost don't want to suggest it to people, because of how much it hurts.

I refuse to watch such sad things. I don't want to depress myself.

Cries From Syria will be on HBO the next couple of days. If anyone hasn't seen it, watch it. Try and make it through the whole thing. You are gonna have a bad time.
