Basically we are sinners. Rian Johnson will get to make his three movies. We will stare in horror.
Even though Disney execs have proclaimed that Kennedy and company have copulated with the canine all of this will happen because now Star Wars is so toxic that no one will take the head job over seeing it.
So Disney, and us, will march through hell, hoping that somehow, someway, something turns this dead franchise around.
