Died at 75
He played the messy, unkempt K-9 officer Vinnie Schtulman in Police Academy 2 and fan favorite Ralph Brentner in The Stand (1994)
Also in Naked Gun 2 1/2 and The Accused.
RIP.

I say this a lot, but he has a truly fantastic role in a Murder, She Wrote episode, Appointment in Athens, S6/E1. He plays Henryk Stuyvesant, a man who knows how to get things done legally or illegally, with an aplomb, style, and demeanor that are all both incredible and incredibly odd. Appears in two other episodes but none that are close to as memorable. R.I.P.

Hate to hear he passed on.
I don't know why, but I often think of the scene where he chastises his cat for pooping in his cereal instead of the litter box, but proceeds to eat the cereal anyway.
