Based on the way the show was edited and how the producers abruptly ended the season, I think we saw the best of the best.
Just a weak season.

Ryan got booted off the show for drugs per a bunch of people with inside knowledge, it had nothing to do with the roommates wanting him gone. Jersey Shore has killed the Real World

There was an interview on Nola.om yesterday with the RW co-creator who kind of alluded to this saying Ryan was "working through some stuff" when he was there.

ashley had to be the worst cast member in RW history. she literally did NOTHING. and Eric saying he regretted how he spent his time there was spot in. he had potential to be a good cast member but was practically a ghost. he came off as a cool guy at the begining but ended up looking like a total pussy.

Not even close there were like 3-4 members from Brooklyn alone that were worse.

What you see on the show isn't an accurate depiction of what they do, we have no idea how he spent his time. He was doing standup and they never showed it and didn't even mention it until halfway through the season.

Totally agree. I stopped watching this season weeks ago, but Brag kept watching so I'd catch episodes. I was never once INTERESTED enough to keep watching the show every week.
You'd think with the success of Jersey Shore, the producers would learn how to manipulate situations to make it more interesting.
Making a 2:00AM curfew does not make the show more interesting. Look at Shore.. they invite chicks over at 6:30AM

Have they ever shown a season where they showed MTV doing the ending photo shoot? That tells you right there that they must have been flat out of material to show from those 3 or 4 weeks of that episode.
