The Hound is the obvious one you arm with a Valyrian Steel sword.

I don't think they will make anymore Valyrian steel swords on the show. There aren't that many white walkers, and that's really all Valyrian steel is worth on the show. All the dragon glass will be used for the wights and the main crew of guys with go after the white walkers
If they get any Valyrian steel they need to use it all to armor the dragons.
Heartsbane is still available for someone to use too

Especially Heartsbane. Which I'm pretty sure is a greatsword (or at least a bastard sword) and thus bigger than a normal sword.
