Question about A New Hope (spoilers from The Last Jedi)

Since we all saw Luke use "force teleport" is it possible that Obi Wan force teleport when he was fighting Darth Vader? When Vader killed Obi Wan all we saw was his coat drop to the ground. I'm sure George Lucas didn't want to show gore in 1977, but it's possible that Obi Wan was busy making Rey's mom or dad and force teleported to fight Vader.

His coat dropped just like Luke's did when he submitted himself to the force. Vader and Obi Wan's lightsabers touched in ANH. Kylo never touched Luke until he ran through him.
