Two great films. Highly recommend to anyone that hasn't seen these.

Great movie, one of my favorites. That frontier trilogy with HOHW and Sicario was my first introduction to Sheridan.

Taylor Sheridan has more hits than most anyone I know

I selfishly pray for the demise of Paramount so Sheridan will go back to making movies instead of easy paychecks from the Yellowstone-verse. I just saw Ed Harris was cast in one of two new Yellowstone spinoffs so it won’t be any time soon.

One of the coolest things I've ever seen in a movie is when Bridges sits down on the patio toward the end, takes his hat off, and parks it on the toe of his crossed leg. Real smooth.

I also saw Hostiles is on there as well.
Watched that and Wind River back to back and thought I would never be happy again.

People rag on him unnecessarily. Some of it gets schloppy (Yellowstone, Tulsa King, etc.) but his record is up there.

I saw it in the theater when it released as part of the great MoviePass theater rush. Mrs. Vox and I were going to the movies 3-4 times a week for about 8-9 months, it seemed.
All good things, I suppose.
I remember practically nothing about that movie, however.

Wind River is a great movie. One viewing was plenty, that I can tell you.

Worked in oil for years, never in my life was security armed with fully automatic M4s and shotguns, that’s said it’s a good film
