Watched the 1st episode of season 1 last night and I'm intrigued.

However, I don't know if I missed something but the drowning scene with him and the girl from the bus confused me. Wtf happened? Was that a dream or what? Dude wakes up naked on the beach the next morning.
And when they found the body in the water, they never brought it up again??

I don't remember exactly how it's laid out, but I think that you are talking about some flashbacks. There are a lot of flashbacks and flashforwards in this series.

If I remember well, she is in the bikini top in just about every scene she is in unless she is at the hospital.
My wife said when she grows up, she is going to just live in her bikini top like Chelsea.
