I know Chima can vote only in the event of a tie, not sure about Jeff.

not a whole lot she could do about it. she cant play in the hoh competition next week, and if he gets jessie out, the only one on her side is going to be natalie, and natalie cant win anything. i dont know if jeff can play in HOH, but if he cant, i think you can assume that russell or michelle will win.
Russell would put up chima and michelle
michelle would put up russell and natalie
jeff(if heis allowed to compete) would put up chima and natalie...maybe michelle depending on. his mood.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Jeff nominate Michelle up against Jessie with the power. He's starting to get seriously mad at her, and it didn't help when she threw down a big FU to Russell last night. The problem was that Jeff was also in the room and couldn't see Russell, so he thought she was screaming FU to him.

The only thing that concerns me about Jeff using the "wizard power" is Michelle. Michelle and Russell really don't get along all that well and although Michelle has stated numerous times that she'd stick by Jeff and Jordan, Chima (and Natalie to a certain extent) have been working Michelle on the idea of an "all girl" final. If Michelle doesn't get pissed off, it'll just be Chima and Natalie against the rest of the house. That's assuming Jeff uses the power and Jessie goes home. If Michelle gets pissed that Russell stays, she could join up with Chima and Natalie and target Jeff/Jordan.
Things really depend on who wins the POV (b/c that person is immune from being put up if Jeff uses the coup d'etat) and if the POV is even used on Lydia or Russell.

Kevin told Chima that he wasn't going to use the POV because Chima promised him Lydia was safe. So it will be all up to Jeff on Thurs. on who's going home. Either Russell or Jessie depending on his decision.
