Vote for P2. Don't let the save win.

Bee, so my Mom just calls me pretty mad because she ff'd through the entire show to see who the winners were. We talk awhile about the other singers etc... She says, "well, you know Hollie likes Josh, don't you?"

I said, "yes, I noticed that."

So I finally eat my dinner to come back and read this.

All Hollie was doing was standing there and watching her friend Joshua sing. She looked normal but sad for her friend. I have no idea what you were looking at. Must be that alternate feed yall have been watching

I see misconception and incorrect assumptions runs in the family.

And you are usually right about things

Gris, I kind of feel responsible for Bebe being in the finale

I might have ticked off too many of her fans on you tube and another board.

I'm depressed.

It's always disappointing when the best person on the show gets voted off.

Oh well, at least he made it that far.

Yeah, stay away from the Chez board, next week, will ya please?

My Mom and I weren't looking through blinders like you were, Bee. You'd like my Mom. She goes to church every day but Sunday. She takes that day off.

I have never voted before like I have voted this year. Actually, this is my first year of voting. It is crystal clear that none of my rage voting makes a difference though. Good to know.

Also, I'm really not sure at all about that Jessica "save" a month ago. I really think that it might had been staged. How could I girl that has been "saved", possibly have such a gigantor fanbase???

That whole thing was bizarre. There were articles out there about AI meeting with the judges that day and telling them they had to save her. I've wondered if them going on the stage was planned ahead of time, also. I tend to believe it was. It's still hard to believe that she shot up in votes after that every week thereafter.

I certainly will. They would be ready to jump on me if I post any way. Im sure.
Those people HATE Hollie. We didn't mix well

Your mom sounds like a great lady
We sound like we would get along

I actually am a huge fan of daily mass. I used to go often during the week over my time at LSU. It was great that my girl friend at the time liked to do that too. It was a nice thing for us to do together.
But since I have been in the working world the last few years, I am unable to attend daily mass with my hours. Construction work starts early and ends late every day.

I'm guessing your mom does the Vigil Saturday mass. My favorite time to go on the weekends is Sunday evenings.

Me neither. I'm telling you I damn near broke my phone voting for Hollie weekly. I said earlier that you, Gris and I are going to have Carpal Tunnel problems after all this.

It's absolutely perplexing to me. I have been following this show close all along and haven't seen anything like this. The save is terrible and it is the worst part of the show no doubt. I can't take her serious as the winner IF she wins.

I have a hard time believing that she was in the bottom just based on the sheer numbers, logic and observations.

She was never in danger of being voted off, then she is "last" and needs to be saved. Then she is never in the bottom again. Please.

She goes to the Saturday mass for credit for Sunday.

Sometimes, they go on Sundays to this nursing home where a retired priest friend says the mass and gets them out in 20 minutes.

Don't worry about mixed marriages, Bee. They can work. My sister married a Jewish guy. His sister married a Catholic guy. They spend all the holidays with us and we got to their house for Passover, which I love. I love Matzo Ball Soup.

The kids are all Christian even though my bil was President of Temple.

You and Hollie can make it work. Well, if you can talk her away from Josh, that is.

Exactly. Something's not right, there. Makes no sense at all.

Nah, his heart belongs to Hollie and he's sort of OCD about it.

If two people chat about AI, doesn't mean they're gonna date, anyway.

If a bunch of guys talk back and forth, are they gonna date?

Plenty of soul for being so young! I'm sad almost like the end of the Saints playoff game, almost but not quite. I figured he was getting sent off and been preparing all day. But it still hurts . Not watching until Wednesday when everybody else gets to sing,

I guess I was in denial. For some reason, I thought all of our power voting was going to bring him to the finale.

That's really interesting. I think it's great how diverse religious families like that make it work.

I'm just coming from about as deeply rooted inter-Catholic family as you can possibly come from. Diversity is hard to find

Thanks for sharing though about that, it's a really interesting family dynamic.

You and Hollie can make it work.

I'm convinced now that we can. She is at least religious. I can work with that.

Now I'm ready for her to sing to me the "Power of Love" and "All The Man That I Need" at our wedding.

FYI, I can't listen to her "Son, of a Preacher Man" cover anymore on my iTunes playlist. It makes me think too much.
