Someone rewatched the episode and even had a youtube link. He did find a bunch of the dragon glass daggers, not just one.
I figured that was the case (me not remembering correctly)

All aboard the Gus Gus snow zombie killin bus.

Ned and Robb are both dead but useless Gus Gus is still alive by managing to kill a White Walker. At this rate I'm guessing Hot Pie will be the next to sit on the iron throne.

Hot Pie is low born - right now, Gendry has the best claim - better than Stannis or any of the faux-Baratheons if the truth were known - really it's Dany and Gendry with the best argument for the Iron Throne, using the internal logic of the show. However, as the show brutally illustrates, it's not about the rules everybody agreed to - it's about who has the stones to take/hold power (i.e. Tywin Lannister).

I have a theory about John that makes him a candidate, too, but I don't think he'll renounce his oath. I think he stays at the wall throughout the long winter.

I have said all along his purpose is that of an information bank. You can't kill him off as no one will have all these key pieces of data related to history and the wall. Obviously no one else in this country gives a dang about old stories (even though they are true).

Gus Gus to be future hand of the king IMO, or a singer at court given his mad skillz.

Yea I have one also but not sure it makes sense. I don't think he is Ned's bastard and is from Baratheon blood.

It's kind of a small leap to make that he is not Ned's because that just doesn't seem like Ned's style (although in war all bets are off).

From the clues in the television series only - I believe that Snow is the son of Ned's sister and Rhaegar Targaryean.

Rhaegar Targaryean.
I can't remember what all was said about her on the show so most information I have about her is from the youtube clips of the DVD extras. Don't know if those are fair game here.

Robert and Ned talked about the kidnapping. The "promise me Ned" line that is remembered by Ned when thinking of Lyanna.

Ned didn't father a bastard after marrying Cat, period. His sense of honor required him to treat his nephew as his son, once his parents were gone - Robert wasn't going to raise him - he would have been killed as a Targaryean heir.

Jofftard - dead (leeches)
Baelon Greyjoy - dead (leeches)
Arya - will kill everyone
Jaime - won't be BFF with his dad now
Tyrion - his character has become less interesting lately, so I have no clue
Ramsay Snow - I think he'll be around for a while
Yara Greyjoy - dead (I think the Boltons destroy her)
Theon (Reek) - Maybe he becomes the Bolton's servant or some BS
The Hound - will be cast aside by Arya bc Arya likes Braavosi killing methods better
Tywin - dead by old age or family sabotage (maybe in season 5)
Cersei - Don't really care, but she has a shot at redemption
Jon Snow - Night's Watch captain
Ygritte - Maybe she's done with the show? Or is carrying Jon's baby?
Stannis - I assume he'll head north to the Wall
Walder Frey - dead
Roose Bolton - he's a new villain so I'd imagine he hangs around
Dany - frees more slaves
Bran - His storyline has little direction, so anything could happen

Want to see more in Season 4:

Brienne
Bronn
Jaime
Martells - they are a great house but have had almost 0 face time on this show
Tyrells - they are still tied to Lannisters for now
