Had I known how hot the women in the series are, I would have taken greater interest sooner. Need to watch 1 and 2 all the way thru at some point.

It's a great series and yes, there are multiple hot womenz. Love me some Lagertha. And you know what those blonde eyebrows mean.

Lagertha is just 4 months younger than me. Wonder if she digs older men.

She is with Kalf now but will kill him. They will enjoy each other and then she will kill him for betraying her. Kalf is cool with this so just be patient.

Yea, this show is unreal. I love Lagertha but I don't think I could "live" with that arrangement. I'd be afraid she'd cut my throat just as I was about to bust a nut.

Yea, a bit surprising considering who her father is.

I need to rewatch this last episode. Where is this situation with Ecbert and the girl that got her ear hacked off going?

Surely she's not gonna just keep getting railed after everything she's been through

She will turn on Ecbert. Ecbert will die a good death. But not before Ragnar gets thrown in the snake pit.

Ecbert clearly stated that Judith is to be his mistress in exchange for protection from his son, Aethelwulf, which might actually work until his son finds out. Aethelwulf seems to be a sincere/reverent Christian. He has accepted his father's judgement relative to Judith being impregnated by Athelstan as a gift from God. As such, Judith might have no need to fear for her life and if the hypocrisy gets the best of her, I can see her confessing to Aethelwulf possibly causing him to turn against his father. But more likely she keeps her mouth shut because King Ecbert would definitely have her killed at that point.

So what goes down in the finale tonight? Feel like they need to have some sort of closure as everyone is spread all over the place. Don't see Ragnar dying yet, but his death would send the Vikes home and then the focus could shift to England again. Don't think they have built up a character enough to lead yet though. Ragnar ties everyone together so nicely, it' hard to imagine anyone else doing the same.

I hope they seriously consider a casting change for the French princess.

Ragnar is on a whole other level, Bjorn the only one he can truly trust.

I love this show but the Trojan horse charade wasn't what I had hoped for. I would have preferred something similar to the tactics used in Troy. But I guess since Ragnar obviously has serious internal injuries, the way they did it was actually more credible.

And yes, Ragnar revealed that now he only truly trusts his son, Bjorn. Rolo has betrayed in once already. Floki murdered Athelstan and now of course we know that Ragnar knows it. Lagertha was obviously hurt that he did not trust her but from Ragnar's perspective she left him and went away to do her own thing when she could have remained his wife along with Aslaug. Her hurt pride is absolutely understandable but in the end it boils down to a lack of commitment to Ragnar, again from his perspective.

I did find the French offer to Rollo laughable. Here are more fools trying to pit brother vs brother. But I guess it makes sense in that they see the Vikings as greedy barbarians with no moral code or loyalty. This likely won't end well for the Franks. Rollo's greeting in French was hilarious right after Princess Gisla went on her tirade. Hopefully Rollo rips here a new one.

As for Floki, it will be interesting to see how it goes. I would guess that Floki will face a trial for murdering Athelstan but I don't expect much support from Ragnar's people for Floki's prosecution. Clearly Ragnar wasn't sincere about his Christian baptism hahaa so he might be understanding of Floki's concern relative to the Viking gods. Then again, Ragnar loved Athelstan and Floki showed a lack of respect and trust in Ragnar by not taking his concerns directly to Ragnar.
