I've not seen a recent thread on this show. I watched both seasons over the past week and a half. Season 1 was great with each episode building on the other with a strong finale. I'd say overall the show is great except for the suspend disbelief choreography for those who've seen it. Season 2 moves to a different part of the country with a completely different cinematic look. It's also a pretty strong season but man does it have some really strange plot lines going on and the S2E8 finale ends with a head scratching puzzling scene. It doesn't make a lot of sense. And now for those who want to follow it to season 3, another two year wait.
If you've not seen it OA stands for Original Angel and it is about people who've had NDE (near death experiences) and been revived and the evil medical doctor who studies them.

There are many threads on this show. I like it. But it’s very polarizing on this board. It’s a mind frick for sure.

Season 1 was great except for the ending. Season 2 was even stranger than the first and I’m still not sure how they managed that.

Yeah, I flipped back through the posts and there are at least a couple. Forgive me for starting another. I liked the show but it is weird. These shows can only survive or even be produced on platform like Netflix. The OA is too strange for most platforms. Kudos to Netflix that they produce this strange stuff, which I like.

So i watched season 1 and 2 this weekend for the first time. One thing that was constant throughout each episode was how much purple there was everywhere. If people weren’t wearing purple, the lights were purple, objects in scenes were purple. But then in the final ep of season 1, all of OAs ppl are wearing MSU maroon. What gives? And then, i start season two and OA seems to be in white or red. Season two was also more confusing for me.
