On Paramount, you can watch POTUS make love to Satan and VPOTUS. What part of the alphabet is that?

Why don’t you tell us as unlike you I don’t watch gay shite. It sounds satanic.

I guess you also missed the key word “constant” to attack a straw man as usual.

On Monday, Ellison’s Paramount Skydance announced it has commenced an all-cash tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of WBD for $30 per share — the same terms it offered in its Dec. 1 bid submitted to the Warner Bros. Discovery’s board. Paramount’s proposed transaction is for the entirety of Warner Bros. Discovery, including the TV business with CNN, TBS, TNT and other networks.

For the tea-leaf readers of the world: David Ellison was spotted at the Kennedy Center last night with his wife seated near President Trump and Melania. Trump and David Ellison were later seen having a "warm conversation," said one person who was there. As most people know, David Ellison, his dad, the long time MAGA supporter Oracle co founder, Larry Ellison, and their team are "pissed" that they lost the bidding war for @wbd to @netflix, and believe their all-cash offer was superior but they were shut out for non financial reasons. They are weighing several moves including a hostile by appealing to $WBD shareholders or just waiting out what is likely to be a difficult regulatory review. Even this morning, a government regulatory official tells me not to put too much on that budding "friendship" I first reported on between @netflix CEO Ted Sarandos and President Trump. More important: Netflix's combined market share of streaming with $WBD means the new-co will control 30% of the streaming market, and that's before you consider Trump's ties to the Ellisons that are more significant than his Sarandos "friendship." Warner Bros. Discovery says it will "carefully" review Paramount Skydance's $30-per-share acquisition offer and issue a decision within 10 business days.

Paramount’s hostile takeover bid, backed in part of three Arab sovereign wealth funds and Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners, has an enterprise value at $108.4 billion.

Warner Bros Discovery will urge its shareholders to reject Paramount Skydance's $108.4bn (£80.75bn) takeover bid as soon as Wednesday, according to reports.

Paramount has said its offer is "superior" to a $72bn deal that Warner Bros struck with
Netflix for its film and streaming businesses.

At the same time, a key backer of Paramount's attempt to buy Warner Bros, Affinity Partners, has reportedly pulled out of the bid, citing the involvement of "two strong competitors". Affinity was founded by US businessman and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Apparently Affinity was only kicking in 200 million.

I'm guessing Paramount will up their offer, but unless they back it traceable money rather than shadow SA cash, WB will continue to reject.

BREAKING: Expecting a statement imminently from @paramountco - @Skydance to @wbd's official rejection of its latest "hostile" bid and its urging of shareholders to approve the @netflix deal. I, for one, will be looking for any indication of an increased bid from its $30 a share all cash offer which as of last night, was not the plan other than covering the $2.8 billion breakup fee that amounts to an additional buck a share.
