I’m Actually shocked at all the positive posts here. I’ve never thought this guy was funny at all and actually cringe at some of his stuff

I'll admit I really only like him in small doses - 1 special once every year or two. I wouldn't pay to see him live unless I was taking my kid.

Watched this and nate bargatze the Tennessee kid yesterday and both were very good
I’ll definitely check it out. My favorite young up and comers are Mark Normand, Joe List and Sam Morril.

I'm guessing many of us are the right age to have seen his Comedy Central Presents on TV constantly. His, Adam Ferrara's ("whoosh! All gone."), Jim Gaffigan's, Nick Swardson's, and Dane Cook's were on all the time, and they all had great lines to make 12-25 year-olds crack up.

I mean this board used to idolize Jeff Dunham during his initial run back in the day

Well, dead terrorist puppets were big in the 2000's.

I watched this a few weeks ago and thought it was pretty good, I hadn't heard of him before. His bit about his wife going to the airport was great.

I just have to say “show horses” and my kids crack up.

in our family it's "can i flip it?" in regard to having to wait for something that shouldn't be a wait.

and to those saying that the great's love him, before covid, i spent half my life in the car and whenever Jim Norton would have on other comedians, they always talk about Regan with a lot of respect, which is impressive because Norton and his crew take pride in being edgy, and Regan is anything but that. Most are impressed that he can be that good without being one bit raunchy.

Gaffigan used to be in this spot as well, but he kinda became an a-hole in the last couple of years.

Finally made "frick You" money.

Ron White was on the JRE talking about the life of a road comic breaking through to a new level of fame and the pressure to not perform new material or to constantly rework and rehash the greatest hits. Rogan specifically called out Gaffigan "If he doesn't do Hot Pockets, the crowd is gonna riot"

Seinfeld's almost at the point where he just wants to be cancelled and be done with it. He's barely not telling people to frick off right now.

Loved Tosh doing a joke, then softly singing, "Hot pockets..." Then he said, "I had a friend of mine write the end of that joke."

On a similar note, Paula Poundstone eventually had fans handing her boxes of Pop Tarts from the audience. It's like, "DO MY FAVORITE JOKE."

I've heard a couple of them say, "He won't say a single curse word, but he's so good, you don't notice. You leave without realizing you just saw a clean comic."
