Netflix - The Gentleman

Solid Guy Ritchie Movie.

I’ll watch pretty much all his Gansger Movies.

I would Put it below Snatch, Rock N Rolla, And Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrells.

I think a revolver is more interesting but less cohesive.

Colin Farrell and Hugh Grant were the best parts to me.

Love The Gentleman. Seems like it flies under the radar. Really solid flick.

Decided to throw it on tonight since it’s leaving and I’m uncertain of future access.

One of my buddies told me it might be his favorite movie of all time. I think that sullied my initial viewing, because I went into it determined to prove he had a ridiculous take. I thought it was an okay movie.

After watching it again some time later with my wife (and a third time tonight), it was owed a complete reappraisal. I really enjoy this flick, definitely near the top of Ritchie’s catalogue for me.

Everything Colin Ferrell does in this is a highlight.
