My Adobe Flash Is Out of Date?

I've updated it like 3-4 times in the past 2-3 days... every time I go to a flash-based website, I get an error "You're Flash Is Out Of Date: Click Here To Update!"
What in the flying frick is the problem?
I've even restarted the browser and my computer...

It's a scam that puts a virus on your computer. Don't click there.
