this, but when Bruce Willis was telling his daughter that he wouldn't be there to give her away at her wedding ... you'd have to have a daughter to understand.
Also, Hardball when G-Baby dies.

The last battle in Glory is very powerful. What gets me the most was after brodrick and Denzel die, how the rest keep charging the fort all the way to their deaths. Then you see them buried next to each other.
Aw man that will make anyone get watery eyes, don't care who you are.

"Brian's Song" Gayle Sayer's speech.
"Sophie's Choice" How can people be so heartless? And I feel horrible for people who accept blame for something over which they have no control. Hopelessness is a terrible thing.
"Schlindler's List" Because of the cruelty of people and Schlindler's efforts to save people.
"The Greatest Game Ever Played" when Francis Ouimet sees his Father in the crowd holding up the dollar bill.
There are more, but these come right to mind. In later life, I can cry at the drop of a hat.

How about "The Living Years" by Mike and the Mechanics?
"I wasn't there that morning
When my Father passed away
I didn't get to tell him
All the things I had to say
I think I caught his spirit
Later that same year
I'm sure I heard his echo
In my baby's new born tears
I just wish I could have told him
in the living years"
Breaks me up everytime!

No doubt. When the clip goes off and you get the hand on the screen while she's calling for him. Bam, I was down for the count.
Of course there's the standards like Field of Dreams, Schindler's List, and etc.
Million Dollar Baby. Something about a vulnerable Clint Eastwood slays me.
The Shawkshank Redemption. Granted they're happy tears but it gets me every time when I see them hug on that beach.
Dead Poets Society.
And even though it's so GD cliche, Beaches. Yeah I said it.

I just got teary-eyed reading that. Awful.

I Am Legend, when Will Smith kills his dog.
Also, I know you said adulthood only, but I think the first Pokemon movie when Ash turns into stone deserves an honorable mention.

My life with Michael Keaton. Especially having a son this movie got me good
Armageddon - I know FML
Tombstone - Hospital scene with Doc
A lot of the ones mentioned earlier, the first time I saw Marly & Me and My Girl were pretty brutal.

I also cry in Armageddon when the boy come to Will Patton.
Forgot to say Life is Beautiful
So, I don't remember crying during Dear Zachary, what I do remember is feeling so empty. I think it was too sad to cry. And the anger of that evil that I witnessed also kept me from crying. Sorrow for the parents/grandparents fueled that empty angry feeling.

Shoah. Especially when they interview the barber in Isreal (Jerusalam I think), about accidently finding his wife and daughter while digging up a mass grave to dispose of the bodies. That was brutal.
How can people be so cruel to each other?

New to the board...my contribution is "Crash". I saw this after my first child. When the little girl runs out to protect her dad and jump in the way right as the guy abhors the gun. When he realizes his daughter is ok...I lost it.
