Because they’re a fake couple. A+ job by Olivia trying to sabotage Kyra and Will to better her chances of winning.

Again, either they aren’t showing us all the convos Will is having with people in the villa or they are just straight up ruining the man because no one seems to like him or them as a couple. I get it, he made out with another girl, but they almost all have been in multiple relationships chasing multiple people and no one seems to care about those instances.

Dude has big “f boy” energy.
Listen, we know this all nonsense, but the fact that he can’t commit at this point to Kyra is bad faith on his part. It’s a tv show, ask her to be your GF, get the money.
He was smitten with Flo.

The tweet about having more chemistry with Flo than Kyra was dead on.
He doesn't want to hurt Kyra's feelings by letting her down after so long, but that's a fricked up row to hoe. His refusal to commit, and even label their relationship on the BF/GF level is pretty damning.

The family Skype-in episode was largely ho-hum... until the Will/Kyra bit which they naturally saved until the end.
I don't care how much Kyra says she feels for Will, her gut instinct that he's not willing to commit to a relationship is absolutely haunting her.
Olivia & Trina correctly IDing that Kyra is following her same pattern of molding herself to fit the dude she's into is happening all over again.

I always look at the family visits through the lens of being the parent on the other end. For example, Kyra's dad, do you tell your daughter exactly how you feel to warn her? Or do you support her so that she can have the best experience possible? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I think I would struggle with whether to tell her the truth or just let her enjoy the experience and deal with getting hurt after the show.
Then the other side was Andre visiting with his daughter who looks to be about 5. I'm not sure I would have been able to hold it together after not seeing her for so long. I don't think I've ever gone a week without talking to or seeing my daughter. That would be really tough.

I wish they'd introduced Andre earlier in the season, as he seems to be a great guy, but they might've kept him as one of the last into the Villa to minimize the time he has to spend away from his daughter.

Bye Andre & Trina.
Kyra wants all of this stuff to work with Will so badly, she's willing to gloss over all of her concerns about his apparent lack of committment.
My money's on Olivia & Korey to win, and that's 100% because of how likeable she is. He seems like a super genuine guy, but he looks like he was called from central casting if you needed an extra for a Crips vs Bloods movie.

Jeremy and Bailey may have a small chance too. But, I can't imagine that many people are gonna vote for Will. Plus, as you said, Kyra is just completely changing herself to try to fit with Will and make it work so that they can be together on the outside. It's crazy how she keeps recognizing red flags and letting him talk around it.

Jeremy is Prince Valium reborn. Either he's getting the rawest deal on earth with the edit, or he's just a walking snoozefest.
Bailey's too cute to be with him, but they look like brother and sister when they're together.
The thing that mystifies me about both this show and Bachelor in Paradise, are the bromances. You're a single guy surrounded by (relatively) hot women, in a Hawaiian villa overlooking the ocean. Why are you spending all day climbing all over a bunch of other dudes, working out, etc?

I'm watching season 3 of the UK version now and the bromance thing is probably 5 to 10 times worse on that one.

It's an interesting situation. Most every time we see a couple interact, it is clearly staged and at the behest of production.
Both the men and women are very much segregated save for meal time, competition time, "text" time, and the nighttime event.
There is very little "natural" to the finished product presented.
Then again, maybe that's just how it is. To maintain those bodies, they have to work out a lot, and the women are constantly showering and doing make-up to maintain their looks.

Something that they show on the UK version is the interactions when they're smoking which happens to be a lot of the time. There may be a bunch of that that we aren't seeing. I'd put a guess at 7 out 10 people on that show are smokers.

Absolutely. I totally envision a "Why don't you two go over here and find out 'where your head is at'?"

Or "go pull so and so for a chat."

And discuss this exact topic.

Shannon has said in a subsequent interview that her dust-up with Will does not show everything he said to her in the heat of the moment. Apparently she's alleging that Will was VERY aggressive, and didn't think twice about name-calling about Shannon.
She said that none of the Islanders were allowed to talk about it, and that the edit was very careful to make it look like a civilized discussion on his part, and then Shannon apparently lost her mind. She disputes that portrayal.

Interesting because she seems to blow up everything way bigger than it really is. I wonder if she claims the same about all of the other instances that she seemingly went off the rails for little to no reason.
