Good riddance to further reduce the tax burden on LA citizens.
“But an annual Department of Revenue report on the return-on-investment for the ten largest state tax break programs found that, for the 2022-2023 fiscal year, Louisiana’s GDP grew by only 60 cents for every dollar spent on the film tax credit program.
And, the report says, state revenue decreased by 90 cents for every dollar spent on the film tax credit programs.”
