I didn't care for the first movie at all. It doesn't even get played in reruns.
Wouldn't be surprised if Hollywood does another remake. A Black Hole remake would be pretty sweet.

I liked the movie and would love to see a sequel but a remake would be cool also.

They actually had it on FX last week.
Mimi Rogers was rather fetching in that movie also.

She's like the aging Porn Star of mainstream Hollywood.
If you look at her film history - she has been in over 50 Movies/TV Movies...and out of the 50 there is about 2-3 movies that don't completely suck arse.
