For the love of God, this. From is fricking excellent and deserves more viewers.

You should check out FROM. I think it comes from the same folks who did lost. It's really good and has a Lost feel to it.

Person of Interest. Michael Emerson, who was Ben Linus in Lost, plays an eccentric billionaire computer expert. He’s built a machine that predicts crime. He hires an ex soldier of fortune, played by Jim Caviezel, to find the bad guy and protect potential victims.
It starts off slow but builds into something much more.

Echoing support for Dark, Silo, and From. Dark might be the best show I've ever seen.
1899 on Netflix is great and had GOAT potential.
I still haven't seent Dark. I need to get on top of that.
1899 was good, but maybe dragged on a BIT too long (though it was never a chore to watch). I think that the ending worked well enough as a 1-off season.
Enjoyed the first ~6 episodes of "From" , but then lost access after it was removed from whatever streaming service it was on (Amazon?).
I did not care for Silo. WAAAYYY too much filler between interesting parts, and some pretty bad acting.

since it hasnt been mentioned, Counterpart. J. K. Simmons is great in it.

If you don’t mind animation, try Pantheon on Netflix. It’s only two seasons.

Fringe. If you haven't seen it, it's one of the best. 5 seasons.

Fringe is fricking excellent. If OP decides to watch it, he can read along our Official Fringe rewatch thread from ten (!) years ago. That was a good time.
