I find these types of movies fascinating. I’ve recently seen the back rooms and was trying to think of others out there. I’ve also seen vivarian and I vaguely remember watching some cube 2. Other than that I can’t think of a lot of liminal space horror movies. Can anyone recommend any that’s worth checking out?

Not a movie, but the House of Leaves novel deals with this. It was the Backrooms before Backrooms existed. Takes place in a house that's larger on the inside than outside. The narration has multiple levels, and takes some strange and bold takes on what a narrative can be. Which some people don't like.

Check out some of Kane's Backrooms shorts on YouTube.

The Langoliers as well but I watched it recently and it has aged terribly.

OP, you can check out a movie called You Should Have Left. It's not great, but it's worth checking out if you're just looking for anything similar to liminal space horror.

Exit 8 is a bit better and worth a watch.
