One would think after he lost all the money and other stuff they would dump him.

I would have fitted him with a pair of concrete shoes and dumped him in the GD river.

I'm not happy that they cancelled it. I enjoy the show, it's not great, it has some issues, but overall a good show and unlike anything on TV.

I didnt know until just now that its cancelled. That shite pisses me off. This is one of my must-watch shows. I think the plot could have stretched out a while too. Lots of angles, rematch etc. Damn!!

Watched the latest episode this weekend. Definitely my favorite show that's actually airing right now and one of my favorites regardless.

Can't believe it got cancelled. I love Lights Leary. A good example of a genuinely good guy in a messed up situation that's spinning out of control.

I enjoyed the ending.

Great bittersweet way to end the season (series).

I did as well. The second season would have been excellent with Lights having to ultimately decide whether or not the title justified his actions and the dementia, his brother still bleeding him dry, his daughter's guilt, the ongoing Brennan saga, etc.

It was a fitting end to the season/series.

I loved the show and really pissed it has gotten cancelled. I liked the ending. Although it almost looked like Reynolds took a dive. But I think Leary just whipped his arse instead of letting him hang around. That ref was a bitch though.

How terrible was the boxing scenes in this show?????

I didn't notice until Lights was watching the Morales fight film.

I'll admit watching Lights box was painful, he did not move like a boxer in the ring but a brawler. I thought the ending with him asking his wife if he won was a bit bittersweet. If they had a season 2 it would be interesting how they would do it.

I've been recording the season to watch it later this summer. Now that it's cancelled, should I even watch it or just say frick it and delete it?

watch it, the way it ends was perfect to either end the series or continue it on for another season if they would have renewed it.

When the end took a strange turn, my first thought was that "Deathrow" had died.

WTH happened at the end. Last thing I saw was that he was wandering in the hall and didn't know who won the fight.

The boxing scenes did get much worse as the season went on. But I really loved this show.

The scene with Lights and his wife at the end made my head spin.

It was as perfect an ending as Terriers was.

I wish it weren't cancelled. It was one of the few shows I went out of my way to watch. The main character was growing on me (but you guys are right, he doesn't move like a boxer), and his aggravating brother kinda stayed in check in the last two episodes.

Him not remembering who won the fight does happen for sure. My dad was a professional boxer and when I was really young I can remember overhearing my mom telling one of her sisters that my dad asked the same question after getting his hands unwrapped. He won a 10 round decision that night and told her the last thing he remembered was coming out for the 8th round.
