Laura Prepon Is Leaving “Orange Is The New Black” [for now...]

And their (sexual) dynamic, given the fraught circumstances, has been one of the first season’s most thrilling threads.

No, I hate their storyline, less of it will be good

Their storyline is great. Sucks that she's no longer a regular.

I hated Alex, so this doesn't bother me. If Tastee wasn't coming back as a regular I'd flip shite though.

This is actually probably a good thing. She wasn't even present in the book, and it made a lot more for the main character to hate her the whole time.

This is a good thing. Her acting chops (or lack thereof) sucked the life out of most of the scenes she was in.

Can someone answer this?
How long has she been in prison at the conclusion of season 1? It seems like quite a bit of time passed, but she was only incarcerated for like 17 months IRL, so how are they gonna get more than a few seasons out of this story if a significant amount oftime has passed?

Has anyone else read the book?
The show definitely made up so much. A lot of it is based on the book, but Piper and Pennsatucky were cool, Red is called "Pop" and never starved her.
I was kind of bored by it, finished it in two flights.
I knocked out the show in three days. Wanted to discuss it a few weeks back, but I just got unbanned yesterday.
