Yep. I binged first time watching Justified and The Shield back to back just because I needed more Goggins. He crushed both those roles.
The lack of down votes anytime there is a Justified thread is a good indicator of the show's quality.
Bout time for a rewatch.

Justified and Wire seasons 2
S1 was good enough to keep me interested but season 2 is great. I still haven't started S5 or 6. It's been about a year since I binged the first 4.
