I never watched Oz. But he is basically the same dude in the commercials on 30 Rock.

+1000 but i love him on 30 rock too.
he was awesome on Oz. he was kind of like vic mackey in the shield if vic was on the other side of a badge. always conniving, manipulating, playing people against one another, and comes out clean on the other end.

yeah i think the first two conflicting roles i noticed first for was nazi on Oz and like the child therapist on law and order.
but there was a lot of crossover actors (not characters) from those two shows.
