It’s fun because of its history. But if it were not for the history, the show is pretty bad. Acting is bad. It’s fun cause growing up with Johnny as the villain it’s fun to cheer for him now. If this were a show just put on the air with no karate kid history it would be like high school musical with karate instead of singing. But I will continue to watch it cause I watched karate kid on the regular as a kid.

It’s an odd thing IMO. Some of the acting is bad, some of the writing/dialogue is cheesy, but it’s still a cool show, top to bottom.
