Just finished Breaking Bad Season 4 (spoilers inside)

Whew....that was one hell of a ride. What an amazing show. Season 4 was probably some of the best television that I've ever seen, which brings up my next few questions:
- Is Gus really dead? Any chance he is resurrected for the last season?
- Where does the show go from here? I mean the season 4 finale was pretty final in itself and I have a hard time believing this season can be topped. Will season 5 just be about tying loose ends?
- How much money do the Whites have left (cuz Walt acted like they didn't even have enough to pay the witness protection specialist)? How much did Skyler give her old boss on top of the initial $620k that she gave for the IRS back taxes?

I actually just finished it tonight too. I'm fairly certain Gus is dead considering half his face was gone 
They seem like they don't have much money left. I'm honestly not sure what the final season could be. Maybe something to do.with Walt poisoning that kid? Walts bro in law catching him?

I think there's plenty to wrap up with Jesse and Walt, not to mention Hank and Walt. I see Walt's sins finally catching up with him, at Hank or Jesse's hands.

I agree, and luckily Vince Gilligan has said that he plans to keep Gus's character in the show by way of flashbacks. Hopefully they'll delve more into his back story in the final 16 episodes.

For me personally one of the most powerful moments in the show was when Walt let Jesse's girl friend choke and die. It showed that Walt had turned a corner. It was pretty bad arse too when he ran over those two drug dealers with his car.

Seriously, is he dead? So he took Skyler's money not only to pay the IRS and but then extorts much more for his other expenses and then goes and dies? What a waste...

Everything in this show seems to happen for a reason, so I'm guessing this will come back at some point.

At the same time, I'm glad to see his character go. I'm sure Vince and co. will give us some more depth regarding Ted, but I think his time had expired.
