Jessica Jones Season 2 - SPOILERS

I honestly think this may be the worst season of any show that I have ever seen. WARNING: AT NO POINT SHOULD YOU EVER HIT PLAY ON ANY OF THESE EPISODES.
Pros
The antagonists are not The Hand.
The last two episodes took 5-8 minutes each on an Apple TV as I could essentially fill in the blanks during fast forward
Cons
The “protagonists” are the most insufferable pieces of whiny shite. Jessica Jones is not an anti hero. She’s not a hero at all in this season. There aren’t really any people trying to do good outside of Malcolm and some satellite characters. In fact, the good people end up dying because of the female leads.
Trish manages to get superpowers in the most obnoxious and unrealistic way possible. Honestly, frick this ho.
The writing. Good god. The amount of plot holes. Super above Jessica Jones cares about his kid soooo much that he evicts Jessica and then forgives her while bullets are flying around the complex roughly 10 feet below his very same unit. Then falls in love.
I don’t really want to keep going but this season was so bad I will go out of my way to tell anyone I know that has watched any of the Netflix MCU not to waste the 10 hours of their life on this shite.
Further, this season really snapped me out of whatever enchantment the Netflix MCU had from Kingpin (Daredevil S1) and Punisher. It’s all been pretty mediocre at best unless episodes orbiter around those two characters.

I watched the entire first season and I'm not sure why. It wasn't good at all.
Jessica Jones actress is so damn bad. I found myself rooting for Killgrave.

Here's the discussion thread on it if you're interested. LINK
I think that's a bit over the top and throwing out the baby with the bathwater. JJ S2 is actually a decent drama with Jessica as tragic character having to deal with a bunch of personal baggage while uncovering her origin story. What it isn't, and what most would be expecting, is a superhero show. She's never liked using her powers and the story arc is very personal and nobody outside of Jessica's inner circle is ever in any danger. If you liked the character of JJ in season 1 you might be interested in season 2. If you though Killgrave is what made season 1 worth watching, you probably should skip season 2.

JJ season 2 was it was. Without a solid villain the series lacked direction and just sort of floundered along until it was done. It wasn't the absolute worst (have a seat over there Iron Fist and Inhumans), but it was pretty far from the best.
I think blowing up the Jones and Walker relationship was a mistake. The series already has enough angst in it as is, flushing the one relationship from her past Jones has that isn't completely toxic was overkill. Its Zach Snyder Syndrome, going for pathos but winding up with bathos.
Like I said before, it's shortcomings were more apparent to me because I'd just finished a binge of Agents of Shields. AoS hit its marks for high drama and tragedy when the story required them, but it didn't wallow in angst to the point that just finishing the series felt like cleaning out the attic during a summer heat wave.

SJW's and being PC has taken over Netflix.

I had a long response and the phone froze. I’m not retyping it for this. This show provides nothing new that other shows haven’t done in much more interesting fashions. It’s not even a cover band. It’s fricking Kids Bop.
