That was really cool. So many greats, but also a lot of what could have beens. Paul Brittain seemed like someone who would break out then all of a sudden he was replaced mid season. Tim Robinson also didn’t get a fair shot, but is clearly better off as his sketch show is better than SNL. I did really like the NBA on NBC theme with lyrics sketch he did.

All the 'F's were awesome besides the female Fallon and all the 'K's were terrible on SNL besides Kattan.

Pretty cool video.
It's weird that they didn't do Steve Martin until the host since he's one of the more famous/successful cast members ever.
I'm not sure I realized Damon Wayans was on the show for a year.
And I never knew Laurie Metcalf was on it. She was on a single episode apparently, the finale of the 80-81 season, and wasn't asked to return once the show was back up and running a year later.

Well shite, that makes sense then.

I don't know if other TV subscriptions carry it, but the TBD channel on YouTube TV has the whole SNL catalog running now, and they play multiple episodes daily across all 50 years.

Do episodes include the musical guests?
What sucks about Peacock is they've removed that and several other sketches that had famous music in them.

Only occasionally do the musical guests make the edit. It's almost always a casualty of trimming a 90 min show down to 52 to fit an hour time slot.

That was impressive. So many I had forgotten were even on SNL.
Was curious if they'd keep Charles Rocket. Good on them.

It wasn't like he was never a cast member. Letting the F bomb slip at 1am is hardly a capital offense, even if it cost him his gig on SNL.

Unfortunately, the way he checked out was pretty tragic.
