My favorite t.v. show as well but there was a lot of filler in season two. The episodes Lynch directs are some of the most groundbreaking/influential work ever broadcast on the big three networks. A pretty dark series. if Lynch wasn't forced to reveal the killer so early it might have lasted longer...

I started watching it a few months ago because I heard such great things about it. I got about halfway through season 2 (episode 20 out of 30 overall) and just couldn't make myself watch it anymore. As mentioned, it took some of the luster out knowing who the killer is. Also the episodes seemed to be so long and drawn out. I enjoyed it while it lasted but I didn't and still don't really have any desire to watch the last 10 episodes.

It's also one of those shows where there is SO much happening that if you go a few days without watching then you're lost. I didn't care for that aspect either.
