It’s better than the fake southern accent that actress that plays Young Sheldon’s mother on that Big Bang Theory spin off show. That is the worst southern accent ever. Arquette’s Louisiana accent is not bad imho.

I think Maggie (Lauren Cohen) on TWD gets that award.Flat out horrible and she continually floats in and out of it.
Speaking of Bobby Boucher's Mom,Kathy Bates absolutely nails her southern accent in Richard Jewell.

You mean we all don't talk like backwoods cajuns?
Also, don't you love how New Orleans movies always show lots of people sweating with pit stains. They seriously think we haven't heard of air conditioning down here.
