Started watching it and it is incredible.

I will finish the series in a month if possible.

Very well done and original. The same old same old crime shows are tiresome so I tried it out. Refreshingly original.

Is it wrong that you enjoy a show that is one of the MTVB's favorites?

Why even ask that?

It's only wrong if you still love it during season 6 and beyond.

For the love of all that is good and holy, do not watch season 8. Season 7 was divisive, but I loved the finale and thought it was set up for an all timer of a close. I WAS SO WRONG.

Holy shite. That sucked and was completely out of left field.

Cops should have captured him and made it seem as though he was giving testimony in court or something. Make it coincide somehow with the fact that he was talking to his dead dad the whole series.

It's one of my favorite shows. Final season was pretty weak though.

Even the seasons that are supposed to be good seem kind of silly to me. The whole mysterious, dark, and brooding spiel makes me roll my eyes to the back of my head.

Been out. Back and going to watch some more.

I will stomach through the final seasons. So far it is great. Can't imagine it being so bad to cause the kind of reactions here.

I think Michael C. Hall won some awards for it, so you aren't alone. It's a good show.

Was watching some nfl playoff games a few years back with my cousin at the district bar and the trinity killer himself john lithgow sat next me. He talked to us for like 3 hours and he was probably the coolest celebrity i ever met. Down to earth and smart as hell. Only a few people went over to meet him, so it was cool no one was bothering him. Anyways, he asks us what our favorite role was that he played. I of course said the trinity killer and he responded in character to my answer. Creeped me out, but also pretty badass. He even told us some stories he had from visiting nola and hanging with goodman and ackroyd etc. Then he shook our hands as his ny giants won, paid for a few of our drinks, and was on his way to the d-day museum.

Yes. It starts out good but quickly gets hokey and something something.

The show would have been so incredible if it ended with the last episode of the Trinity Killer. The arc would have been fully reached and the implications of the bathtub scene so much better than how the show slowly degenerated into a poorly constructed mess.
