Both were great. I want to say that I enjoyed 2 more. Need to watch them both back to back to come to a final determination.

i'm in this camp. I wouldn't necessarily say "not a fan" but they weren't the greatest scifi ever or anything.
DV did a good job bringing a complicated story to the screen beautifully and I applaud that but I liked something like BR2049 better personally.

Even though David Lynch's version is extremely cheesy. I still have a appreciation for his version of DUNE.
