There are funny moments (just like Rocky) but tragedy, drama, romance, and adventure are at least as good definitions. It has funny moments but the intention is to be an epic about his generation's big events. Sort of like a Ragtime from the 50s through the 90s.

The essence of the story is more about love and the ability to persevere in the face of tragedy.

It was prescient to the kind of people I’ve met or worked with in the last eight ir so years. I do the German shepherd head tilt and don’t understand just how you could be so damn dumb. Dewey started the trend, which is odd considering some of the idiots I was exposed to before the show.
