The Stranger is good, but only one season.
Grey's is outstanding especially at the beginning, but it starts to get a little ridiculous after a while. It's just a guilty pleasure.
I think Real Rob is hilarious. It's Rob Schneider in his everyday life with his hot young Latina wife.
Gotham is also good. It's the Smallville version of Batman. Smallville is also amazing if you haven't seen it.
Vampire Diaries isn't bad, but you're basically starting it to watch Nina Dobrev and she's worth it.
