re: How is Deepwater Horizon going to make money on this movie?

Wife and I wanted to see a movie at lunch today... Deepwater Horizon was the best thing that fit our schedule. We just got out -- I have to say, it was a very well done movie. I don't know enough about how accurate it portrayed the different people... but I will say there were a number of solid performances.

The set and story were well done and plenty of good dialogue -- even if it was made up bullshite on the fact-o-meter scale.

Definitely a watchable movie and a good tribute to the people who didn't make it off the rig.

If you work for BP, I would recommend you not see it.
