Yeah, we've had to put up with "Crazy Carrie", who is, in fact an unfit parent.
That said, however, this season's storyline is pretty strong with the Russians co-opting Senators and DBI agents..
But, Saul and Carrie still need Quinn to wreck shite for them.

As crazy as the Frannie story line is, bringing Quinn back from the dead would take the cake.

I’m holding out hope they are gonna do this. But I don’t see how they possibly could without it being totally ridiculous. Still, I’m for it.
