In 1969, NBC aired a Bill Cosby animated special based on his Fat Albert Buck Buck story from his standup and albums.
Other than being able to view it by requesting to see it at the Paley Center, it's considered lost media. Someone took an audio recording of it, went to the Paley Center and recorded their viewing, and matched them to make this extremely low quality YouTube video.
