YouTube video where they play a few seconds of the theme and put the year up, then give you 5 seconds to guess the movie.

That was pretty cool. Missed 4 or 5 out of 50 --mostly the instrumental numbers.

That was fun but I am outraged that aside from Love Story, which I’ve never seen, the only two I missed were Armageddon and Independence Day
Those clips of the early intros were not at all fair and I bet those are the two most missed.
The two best presidential speech/disaster movies that I’ve seen 100 times not cool man

I didn't keep score because that would have required a pen and paper, or trying to remember.
There were some I knew but didn't come up with the name fast enough.

Bro you missed Independence Day
Captain Steven Hiller would be ashamed.

That’s actually really well done.

I've seen videos like this before because my stepdaughter used to LOVE them. This one is cool, but my main gripe is that some of the songs are definitely not "theme songs" and are just songs from the movie.
For example, Take My Breath Away is definitely not the theme song for Top Gun. Top Gun has an actual theme song, and it is fricking awesome.
For full disclosure, the ones I missed are:
Some Barbara Streisand movie.
Independence Day because the intro to the theme song isn't popular (which I see was mentioned
).
Forrest Gump (intro got me again).
Love Story.
Working Girl
Tarzan
So I only missed movies I've never seen, and then some of the tricky ones.
It is weird that sometimes they used the literal beginning of the song (which is obviously harder), and sometimes they used the more popular/identifiable parts of the song (i.e. the chorus). But I assume that was to trick people.
Those five seconds of Last of the Mohicans got me hyped though.
