Vanessa Hudgens is fine. And has a great voice.
Alot of these actors are way over acting, but the actually talented actors and actresses have been pretty good. Having the original Frenchie was pretty funny.
I really do not like the actress playing Marty Maraschino. She's terrible.

Hudgens just nailed that.
I think Hough is a quarter. I hate to say it, but I think--think--she may be a better Sandy than ONJ.

I think the overacting is more on purpose like the original. The acting was bad in the movie too.

Crazy about Hudgens dad dying yesterday. Have respect for her holding it together for this.
This is very well done. Kudos to the production crew. Great work. Oh, and wife and kid are watching so I'm stuck here. It's entertaining though.

I think it's noticeable because of the disparity between the actresses who are are trained and the unknown random actors that are sharing the stage
