Okay, good...that's basically what I took from it but I just didn't know why they were like BFF before and now a few days later there's all of this talk. I guess like you said Barristan is just realizing the power Dany has and is making a play to be her #2.

True, but he also had to show them that he wouldn't be trampled over. Look at what Rickard karstark kept saying last night, all that shite about how Robb will just let him go and be mad at him (as opposed to actually doing something about it).

Shae? She isn't really allowed around much anymore because of Tywin's warning to Tyrion an episode or two ago. She hasn't been around much this season I don't think, but at one point she was kinda befriending Sansa and that Baelish whore that she was sort of palling around with.

Seems pretty logical, although does Robb know that the wedding (or any wedding) is imminent? I always am never sure how much information everyone in the show knows. When they first started the Tywin scene last night, I thought they had maybe gotten a raven note or something that Jamie was in Harrenhal based on how happy Cersei looked. But then she was just happy because she knew Tyrion was about to get punked.
I guess there are only so many ravens.

Well Tywin's did know that Karstark had gone home. I imagine they know if two of the larger houses are about unite.

no especially after she was all giggles about him wedding red. and now add to that he thinks she tried to kill him. she can not be trusted.
I think the guy who has Jamie right now turns on Rob and delivers Jamie back to his family......then Jamie takes care of dad after dad calls him worthless(without hand) and berates him for his love of cersei. jamie snaps and all siblings are free of his merciless reign.
