Getting due to licensing restriction when attempting to watch something on Paramount

Says “due to licensing restrictions video is not available outside your country.” Is anyone else seeing this on Paramount?

I’ve been getting it as well. Trying to watch last week’s Criminal Minds I kept getting booted with that error following.
