If you are Andy Baiz and Andrés Biermann..you call it "Metástasis", and you poorly write it, poorly produce it. It's a shite product.
But if you're Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould..
It all depends on the writing and care to detail with production. Walking dead has NONE.

Like the water logged zombies in the last episode should just fall apart.
