My favorite episode was the Fringe-Alphas crossover, when Walter meets Gary:

Hard to say what my favorite episode is. The finale was near perfect. Letters of Transit was the most important IMO, and Olivia wasn't even in it.

Really, really loved this show. It was great.
S5 was definitely pretty damn weak though. No question. But the finale was great.
And as always in Fringe threads, it is my duty to say frick you to all of you who didn't participate in this awesomeness.
