I stuck it out for the whole series. Ryan is a mess.

i was into it because of the shield/rescue me/damages and other good edgy shows FX was putting out at the time.
as soon as they revealed the Carver, i just really lost interest and they got weirder to get weirder. the next few episodes in season 4 had Sean cheating with a teenage babysitter and his wife cheating with a dwarf. you could just tell that Murphy wanted to be edgy for the sake of it, not good story telling.
Ryan Murphy needs Jesus.
