Kimmel and Fallon are the future Leno/Letterman. I'm a Kimmel guy. Fallon comes off as lame too much for me which is why he's the perfect replacement for Leno. Also, Kimmel can get just about any guest he wants. His connections are insane.

Don't watch them too much but if I were to rate them:
Best: Kimmel/Fallon
Second Best: Ferguson/Conan
Pretty Bad: Letterman
Worst: Leno
Really, how does Jay still have a show? I still can't believe the way Conan's Tonight Show ended. How awkward.

Late Late Night: Ferguson (though Fallon is pretty good as well)
Late Night: Kimmel and it's not even close.
Worst:
Late Night: Letterman. It would be George Lopez, but I'm pretty sure his show was cancelled... or just generally fell off the map.
