The pilot episode was hilarious. The 2nd one had it's moments but I could have done without a Will Ferrell cameo. I know he's a producer but now the character feels like the same played out Will Ferrell character. With that though, I'll keep watching it.

Yeah, this show is definitely good. It's now one of my TV comedies along with It's Always Sunny (which jumped the Office on my DVR)

agreed. The only thing amusing about Ferrell's part was the Ric Flair hair.
and Darryl from the office is gonna be a guest star later per the making of special, i dont think he'll be too regular.

I didn't love the episode though. I'm not sure this show will last.
