I don't find him particularly funny. But he does do a decent job at interviewing and his banter with other celebs are entertaining at times (maybe its more the other celeb, but I digress).

i think that is a good assessment. he does interviews very well. unfortunately 9/10 people he choses to interview are just individuals i could care less about.

Umm, no. It doesn't. I've watch some of his standup that had nothing to do with politics.
I would agree Dan. Now I can absolutely see it being about politics with some that is pretty common here - but I am far from a Trumpinista I got no issue with lampooning him - his stuff just ain't funny....IMHO.
